Aarhus BSS Communication

Aarhus BSS Communication provides a wide range of services for the faculty, including external and internal communication, courses and events, and external relations with the business community and alums.

Web

Get help with TYPO3 and web

The web team assists digital editors with projects, optimisation and development.

Our services include:

Graphics and layout

Get help with graphics and layout

We help you find the right graphic products to match your needs. Then we help with layout and graphics for printing and digital platforms.

We also advise on how to use our design guide and InDesign templates.

Courses and events

​​​​​​​Get communication support for courses and conferences

We can help with marketing and communication materials for conferences and events targeting researchers, students, alums and the business community.

If you need technical support for an event, contact IT.

External relations

​​​​​​​Collaboration with alums and business and industry

We facilitate contacts with businesses and help develop the faculty's collaboration with the business community and previous alums. For example, we help companies and individuals with skills development or ideas for collaboration, and we develop initiatives that maintain and strengthen contact with our alums. 

Press and media

​​​​​​​Get advice and help about meeting the media

We help you to handle press enquiries, promote research results in the media, manage crises and much more.

Social media

​​​​​​​Facebook and LinkedIn

We offer help and advice about social media, including creating new pages and profiles as well as questions about maintaining and running profiles. If you have anything you would like to have posted on Aarhus BSS social media, you are very welcome to get in touch. 

Communication with current students

​​​​​​Communication initiatives aimed at students

Among other things, we can advise about, and possibly develop, communication campaigns targeted at students at the faculty. In collaboration with Studies, we also develop and update study portals for the various study programmes.

Marketing and recruitment

We help with advice and performance of campaigns targeting day students and postgraduate students.

We write news in connection with grants, prizes/awards, new professorships and similar. We also write about major events at Aarhus BSS.
