The University City is car-free, however, limited commercial traffic is permitted to ensure smooth operations. This means that driving and parking are not permitted within the area. Instead, an underground parking facility has been built with access from Peter Sabroes Gade 37, offering space for approximately 100 cars. The entrance is located directly opposite the church. You can park your car at the back in the area that is AU's zone.
Parking is also available at the multi-storey car park at Peter Sabroes Gade 8.
AU has a total of 303 parking spaces at the University City, divided into two parking areas:
You can also park in the surrounding area. Here, municipal parking regulations apply, just as they do in the University Park. Please check the signage for details.
In the University Park, the underground car park beneath building 1321 remains available.
Remember to register your vehicle.
Finally, you can park in Tåsingegade or in Trøjborg in front of building 1918.
Please note that the current employee parking permit is only temporarily valid in The University City. All employee parking permits have been extended until expiration on 06/30/2027. Further information about where to register for the new permit will be provided as soon as possible.
