Join the diversity and gender equality conference at AU on 2 March 2023

How can we promote a work culture at Aarhus University that strengthens diversity and inclusion? This is the theme of this year's diversity and gender equality conference.

We need to bring all talents into play if we want to address major global challenges such as climate change, economic collapse, pandemics and threats to peace. Universities play a key role in providing education, knowledge and insight, and we are better able to achieve this task when we view diversity as a strength.

The diversity and gender equality conference at AU, which will take place on 2 March 2023, puts diversity, gender equality and inclusion high on the agenda.

The first part of the conference will take place in the Main Hall as a plenary session with three speakers on the programme: Anders Dons, Nordic CEO, Deloitte; Rebecca Matthews, director at ARoS; and Jeff Hearn, professor of human geography, Örebro University. This session will be moderated by Marianne Egelund Siig, CEO at Mannaz.

After the plenary session, the conference will continue with break-out sessions at the faculties, the administration and Enterprise and Innovation.

The conference is open to all employees at AU, and you can register using this link. You can read the programme
