Sign up for the 2024 DHL Relay Fun Run
This year’s DHL Relay Fun Run will take place in August as usual – and as usual, lots of AU staff will join in the fun. The deadline to register for this free event is 16 May. So dust off your trainers and mark the date in your calendar for an evening of exercise and socialising with your colleagues.
Beat your boss’s personal best or enjoy a leisurely walk in the woods with your co-workers at the DHL Relay Fun Run, which is Denmark’s largest fun run and outdoor staff party.
Last year, over 2,100 employees from businesses and institutions all over Denmark participated in DHL fun runs/walks in Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen. And this year’s event is sure to be just as popular.
The dates and venues for the 2024 DHL Fun Run Relay are:

Walk or run five km
DHL is for everyone: whether you want to sprint, jog, walk, talk or set a world record is completely up to you. There’s room for every level of fitness (and ambition). To participate, you need to sign up as a team of five in one of the following four categories:
- Relay race – women
- Relay race – men
- Relay race – mix
- Walk
All routes are five kilometres. In the relay race, the members of your team take turns running the route. All of the Walk teams walk their route at the same time. After you finish your route, there will be food and drink and an opportunity to hang out with your colleagues in the AU tents.
New participants will receive running T-shirts
If you’ve participated in the DHL fun run before, you have already been issued an AU running T-shirt. You should use the same T-shirt every year. If this is your first time participating in the DHL fun run, your team captain can order one for you when they register your team. You can also order a new T-shirt if you’ve lost your old one or worn it out. (However, note that we only have a limited number of T-shirts to give out.)
