According to the Holidays Act (in Danish Ferieloven) earned holiday must be held in the year after it has been earned.
The employer may, however, after the Holidays Act (Ferieloven) enter into an agreement to concurrent holiday with certain foreign employees. The rules on concurrent holiday mean that the holiday can be held concurrently with accumulation of holiday.
