Do we have guidelines in our unit about what remote meeting tools we use and when?
Have we adapted our meetings to make them suitable for online formats?
Are they varied, do they energise participants, and are participants as productive as when they meet in person?
Do we have clear guidelines for remote work?
Do you have the same high level of contact with all of your staff, regardless of where they are geographically? Is your leadership visible for all of your staff?
