Practical information - Registration process

You can sign up a course by filling out information in the webshop. You have to fill out accounting information (location, project and activity number) from which the course fee must be deducted. If you want an invoice sent, the EAN number must be provided. It is also possible to pay by credit card or AU Eurocard.

The course fee is automatically deducted afterwards.

Your course registration is binding once the registration deadline has passed (check the individual courses descriptions). You have a statutory right of withdrawal in 14 days from email receipt has been received. For planning of courses, your have no right of withdrawal, if the ordering is made later than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the course. Should you be prevented from attending the course, you must notify AU HR Kompetenceudvikling.

If your notification is submitted after the withdrawal deadline or later than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the course, the course fee will still have to be paid. You are welcome to send a colleague instead so that the fee is not wasted. All you have to do is to inform AU HR Kompetenceudvikling.

The courses are held only in prerequisite of participants. If your course against expectations will be conducted, you are welcome to contact AU HR to hear if there is room on another course.

Is a course crowded, you are welcome to send an email to kompetenceenheden@au.dk, if you want to be put on a waiting list.

The courses for employees are primarily being held at Aarhus University or at premises in Aarhus or Copenhagen arranged by the external training provider. The courses are held during working hours. All courses are subject to a minimum number of participants.

The course fee is indicated under each course. All-day courses normally include mid-morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee, and half-day courses included mid-morning/afternoon coffee.

The courses are available for employees at Aarhus University.
