AU's network supports two VPN systems:

1. Cisco IPSec VPN
But, Android's IPSec VPN protocol is not compatible with AU's Cisco IPSec installation.
Information on the Internet indicates that Samsung Galaxy should work with Cisco IPSec.
But - again, it will not connect to AU's Cisco installation.
It has been investigated by a skilled Samsung Galxy user and the result was negative!

2. Cisco AnyConnect VPN
AU's Cisco AnyConnect version does not match the Android phone (or vice varsa), we apologize.
