On support.au.dk, you can contact the IT support if you need help with an IT-related problem or if you have an IT related request. Your enquiry will be handled as quickly as possible, and if you have ongoing cases, you can also check their status here.
We recommend that you create your case directly on support.au.dk using the button below rather than by email or phone, as this shortens processing time and allows you to receive a faster response.
