Aarhus BSS has access to the online survey tool Qualtrics (www.qualtrics.com).
Qualtrics is to be used only for course related task. You must have an approval from the course coordinator or your superviser.
If you need to contact Qualtrics support, you may never give Qualtrics access to your account or data, unless it is ensured, that the support staff that you are in contact with is located in the EU.

Only employees working at Aarhus BSS can create an account – and must obtain permission from their respective department prior to applying for an account.
Please send account-applications including written permission from the department to Aarhus BSS IT-support: bss.it@au.dk
Students must expect to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible for a Qualtrics-account. Conditions for eligibility are defined at the department level.

Aarhus University provides access to SurveyXact for all students without limitations.
