The Research Data Office is your local DeiC front office

AU is part of the Danish e-infrastructure Consortium (DeiC) - a collaboration on the development and delivery of supercomputers (High Performance Computing or HPC) to Danish universities. The Research Data Office acts as the DeiC front office at AU and can be contacted for access to HPC for smaller projects.

At AU, we have access to local, national and European HPCs both directly and through DeiC. With very few exceptions, the use of HPC is free for researchers at AU.

Need more HPC resources?
If you need access to a larger amount of resources, you can apply for one of the national or international calls via one of the links below:

  • DeiC has biannual calls.
  • EUROHPC Joint Undertaking (JU) has ongoing calls for different types of access.

You can read more about access to HPC resources at AU here.

If you have any questions about what HPC can be used for and how to get started, please contact deicfrontoffice@au.dk.
