Are you familiar with ‘Joint Legal Advice’?
Do you work with health data in your research? As a researcher at Aarhus University or in Central Denmark Region, you can obtain legal advice through ‘Joint Legal Advice’, a joint advisory service offering legal advice on research matters.
Every Monday between the hours of 8:30–15:00, lawyers from the Central Denmark Region Legal Office and TTO are ready to help you. You can get advice, guidance and help preparing the necessary legal documents so that you can move forward with your research project.
You are always welcome to drop by – whether you have a quick question or need a more thorough explanation. If more comprehensive assistance is needed, you can also book a meeting where we will work with you to draw up a plan for your project and give you an overview of the legal processes involved in realising your research.
‘Joint Legal Advice’ is based at Aarhus University Hospital (AUH). Read more here (in Danish).
