Register as a Horizon Europe expert
The EU framework programme for research regularly encourages researchers to register as experts. Experts are used as evaluators within the different programme areas, but they can also be used by the Commission in other contexts.

Gaining experience in evaluating EU applications is a unique opportunity to learn more about what it takes to put together a successful application. It also lets you learn more about the process an application must go through before an evaluation result is available. All of which you can then use in your own application work. Please note that evaluators for the ERC Grants are not recruited from the pool of registered experts. ERC evaluators are nominated and invited by the ERC Scientific Council.
