Support is provided through two teams:
Mandatory Horizon2020 and Horizon Europe project administration team
If your project is part of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Development (FP7, Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe), the team must approve the project at the stages of grant agrrement preparation. This is done to ensure high quality and an anchor in central decision-making forums. The team is also responsible for contact to auditors in connection with project audits and is authorised to sign on behalf of Aarhus University.
Coordinator project management team
This team offers administration support in connection with large and complex research projects which are coordinated by researchers at Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital. This service is a supplement to the general services offered by other parts of the central administration and is provided subject to a user fee. The support services will be customised to meet the requirements of the individual project.
