The applications to Aarhus BSS's bachelor's programmes have overall increased by approx. 15 per cent compared to last year, both in terms of 1st priority applications and the total number of applications. Aarhus BSS has thus received a total of 10,934 applications to its bachelor’s programmes of which 4,160 were 1st priority applications, making it the highest amount since 2016.

In autumn 2022, the university senior management team decided to launch an evaluation of the research quality at the university's academic environments. Based on the recommendations from the faculties’ academic councils, the overall framework is now in place.
