Open Access Submission Form

Researchers at Aarhus University are encouraged to make their peer-reviewed journal articles Open Access available through Pure.

On this page you can submit the version of your publication that you wish to provide Open Access to. Read more about the different article versions; submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript and publisher's version. AU Library will then assess whether the submitted version of your publication can legitimately be made Open Access available in Pure.  

Disclaimer

  • AU Library assumes that when uploading a file, you have obtained permission to upload that version from your co-authors, and your permission for us to upload the file in Pure.   
  • AU Library assumes your permission to insert a cover sheet as the first page of the file. This cover sheet will contain the reference to the final version of the publication, bibliographic metadata and any special requirements for cover sheets from the publisher demand. You can upload multiple files in this field. When you click 'Choose Files' simply hold the Shift key while selecting the files you want to upload.

When you press 'Submit Your Publication', you submit the uploaded file to AU Library. Subsequently, you will receive a receipt for reception.
