Changes in MSK and Enhedsregistret will not be updated in Pure from mid-June to mid-August
If you have a Pure profile, you can update it with publications, activities, etc. as usual.
Due to system updates over the summer, there will be no synchronizations to Pure from the HR systems Medarbejderstamkortet (MSK) and Enhedsregistret.
The synchronization break will begin on June 15 2026 and is expected to last until mid-August.
Until June 15, changes to the MSK and the Enhedsregister will continue to be updated in Pure. During the summer period, howver, synchronization is inactive, so changes will not take effect in Pure.
You can work in Pure throughout the entire period.
What can you still edit?
If you already have a Pure profile, you can add and change content here and update your profile as normal with publications, profile descriptions, activities, picture, etc.
The QuickEditor also works as normal.
What can you not edit?
It will not be possible to change information originating from the other systems, such as contact information and job title.
Changes in MSK, such as initiating and terminating employment, will not take effect in Pure. If you have an extraordinary need to terminate a user in Pure, you can contact [email protected].
Information that is changed in Enhedsregistret will also not be reflected in Pure, i.e. organizational changes and new creations, merges, etc.
What should I do?
If you work with MSK and Enhedsregistret, and already know that you need to make significant changes during the summer period, you must arrange them so that they take effect before June 15.
If you make changes in MSK and Enhedsregistret after that, the changes will be saved and take effect when synchronizations start again.
If you want to update your Pure profile, simply do as you usually do. If you want to change contact information, job title or organizational affiliation, you must do so before June 15 or wait until August.
