On Friday 15 August, the senior management team is presenting its proposals for organisational improvements. This will take place at an open meeting in Stakladen, which is also being streamed and recorded for those who are unable to attend.
The solution proposals are in part based on the expert group's analysis of internal problems, as well as the analysis panel's comments and the 30 posts which were submitted to problemanalysen@au.dk.
The meeting in Stakladen also marks the start of a consultation process during which staff and students will have the opportunity to discuss the senior management team's proposals until 19 September (see the schedule).
The meeting in Stakladen will take place on Friday 15 August from 10:00 to 12:00.
This autumn's pay negotiations for 2014 have been postponed by six months and will take place together with the pay negotiations for 2015. The 2014 pay agreements will still be effective as from 1 April 2014.
The decision has been made as part of the on-going cost-reduction process, and is supported by both the joint union representatives and the Main Liaison Committee (HSU).
In June, HSU approved the management's pay negotiation budget for 2014, which does not exceed 0.1% of the salary budget for 2014, while the budget for 2015 will not be ready until autumn 2014.
More details on the pay negotiation process next spring will be announced in the local liaison committees (LSU) during the autumn.
