    AURAP is AU’s business intelligence portal for finance and education. The portal contains standard reports and specialised tools for analysis.

  • Brightspace

    Brightspace is AU’s e-learning system. Brightspace is used for course material and as a forum for online learning and educational activities.

  • Indfak

    AU uses the system IndFak2 to process invoices. At AU, the procedures involved in the processing of invoices, bookkeeping and payment of suppliers are carried out electronically.

  • mit.au.dk

    At mit.au.dk, you can access a number of administrative systems e.g. the employee registration system Medarbejderstamkortet.

  • mitHR

    mitHR is the HR system at AU which is used for staff administration, absence registration and staff development dialogues (SDD).

  • PURE

    PURE is AU’s research registration system. Research publications, research activities and research projects are registered in PURE. PURE is also used for the individual websites for AU staff.

  • RejsUd

    Aarhus University uses RejsUd to settle expenses incurred in connection with travel etc.

  • Webmail

    Webmail provides direct access to your AU emails and your calendar.

    About Brightspace

    Brightspace is a so-called learning management system (LMS). An LMS is a term for platforms used to develop, distribute, hold, and administer teaching materials and activities via the Internet.

    About the CED

    The Centre for Educational Development (CED) administer, support, and further develop the platform. The CED is the educational development centre at AU.

    We work with educational IT, do research, offer courses, and provide consulting and collaboration on university pedagogy for all academic environments at AU.
