Creation/additional roles in RejsUd/CWT for employees

Please note that no new users will be created in RejsUd in week 30. 

All user creation requests received by Wednesday 17 July 2024, will be available in RejsUd during week 29.

Do you want to create a profile in RejsUd for a new AU employee?

After registration of a new employee in Medarbejderstamkortet/mitHR (personnel systems) a RejsUd profile is automatically created for the employee between the 5th and 9th of the next coming month. For adding a CWT travel profile to the employee this form is still required.

It is important that all names match the user's passport.

** If the user is affiliated with Arts and Aarhus BSS Finance, please choose just one of the faculties.
*** If the user is affiliated with the Nat-Tech administrative center, please choose just one of the faculties.

Notification on Profile Request


Submitting the form with the role Secretary or Approver for the user requires that the submitter has a power of attorney to sign for revenue or costs at the location code (stedkode) or list a colleague, who has this type of power of attorney for the location code. If a colleague is listed, a notification of this request and the submitted information is sent to him/her.

The Approver role requires that the user also has a power of attorney to sign for revenue or costs at the location code.

The role Travellers do not require a power of attorney from either party.

Please note that a receipt will only be sent, if an official AU email address has been entered.


If the submitter does not have a power of attorney to the location code, please enter the name and email address of a colleague with a power of attorney (does not apply to the role Travellers )

New users are created on an ongoing basis. New profiles are available in the system within 2-4 working days.
