Experienced interim management in TTO

An interim TTO management team has been appointed for the period 1 February to 1 October 2025, when a new head is expected to take office.

“With the new interim management, we’re keeping up the momentum of positive change that we are currently seeing in TTO, and I’m very much looking forward to continuing my collaboration with such an ambitious management team,” says Deputy Director of AU Research Support Jakob Rathlev.

Lisbeth Guldbæk Smith has been appointed as interim head. Lisbeth has been with TTO for ten years, for the past few years in the role of team leader. She has a deep understanding of the role of head and the tasks and responsibilities involved, and she will be focusing on balancing continuity with innovation.

The two other members of the TTO management team are Morten Dannevig Jakobsen, who is continuing as team leader and has been with TTO for 12 years, and Torkil Bukkehave Hansen, who has been appointed as interim team leader and has been with TTO for seven years.
