Expertise mapping

The mapping exercise will be used:

  • to provide the research community with targeted information on upcoming calls
  • as a matchmaking tool to find colleagues for collaboration and facilitate the development of European consortia
  • to ensure a broad representation of interests in case opportunities arise for influencing calls and work programmes
  • to identify candidates for advisory groups, bodies and committees, where the interests of research groups or the university needs to be represented and promoted
  • to identify speakers at interdisciplinary seminars and conferences
  • to flag up AUs research strengths and growth potential within the thematically defined societal challenges both internally at AU and externally
