Do you have a research colleague in another part of the world who might be interested in a research stay at Aarhus University? If so, now is the time to share the call for applications for new AIAS fellowships. AIAS is offering ten thematic fellowships in collaboration with AU's interdisciplinary strategic initiatives PIREAU and SHAPE. It is also now possible to apply for AIAS visiting fellowships for researchers on sabbaticals.
On 3 -4 November, Aarhus University will host a symposium at which the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) and Aarhus University will present the Molecules to Ecosystems programme. The aim of the symposium is to build bridges between molecular biology and the major global agendas – including climate change, biodiversity and ecosystems.
Good academic practice and research integrity are the fundamental building blocks of a university – also for students, who must comply with exam rules. Applications are flooding in for the entrepreneurial grant AU Launch, which is putting an end to a lack of investment for start-ups at Aarhus University. The first round of applications has resulted in a financial boost for seven promising companies.
