This autumn’s consultation process at Aarhus BSS on the new Campus 2.0 in the University City and the University Park has now ended. The result was more than 100 pages of input from employees and students. This will now be gathered in a consultation response and submitted to the rector. Dean Thomas Pallesen would like to thank the many employees and students who contributed to the consultation process.

“I’m delighted that so many people helped make this a successful and constructive process,” he says. “We’ve received a lot of useful input for how we can turn the future Campus 2.0 into a well-functioning workplace for our employees as well as our students. And for how we can create vibrant research and study environments across Nørrebrogade that reach out to the surrounding society.”

What happens next?

The consultation response will be submitted to the rector on 1 November. The many ideas will then be taken into consideration when the board makes its final decision on the future of Aarhus University in December. All the input as well as the consultation response will be available on the Campus 2.0 website from 8 November. Good ideas and suggestions for Campus 2.0 are still welcome.
