We have started cleaning up special types of rights in PURE in order to comply with Aarhus University's guidelines for personal data security.

We have had PURE for almost 20 years, where some users have been involved all the way, while others are new to the system. During this period, the awareness of secure handling of data has only increased. This makes it important that we clean up some of the particularly generous types of rights that have been granted over the years, in favor of more restrictive types of rights that better protect individual users.

The cleanup will result in some people missing rights to perform the tasks they are assigned. If you experience this, please contact the support with a description of your normal tasks and for which organisation(s). We will find a solution together.
