Request access or role change in Brightspace, the course configuration app, or the role assignment app.


Create manual courses / communities.
ECTS-awarding courses are automatically created in Brightspace (e.g. found at kursuskatalog.au.dk).
Use this form only for courses / communities that are not created automatically — e.g. a PhD community or a course for teaching assistants at a department.


Department Folder in Panopto is a shared folder for a department/department, so that videos do not depend on one user. There must be at least 2 admins, whose task is to inform the department/department.
Everyone can create/edit/delete content; only admins can create subfolders and add users.
Used, for example, for videos for TYPO3 or shared learning courses.


It is possible to create a Microsoft Teams team associated with your Brightspace course. You can send a list of all AU IDs of your students and CED Support will then arrange for them to be registered with the team.
