At Events and Communication Support, we offer guidance and input on how to plan and run meetings, conferences and events at Aarhus University. We can advise you on everything from budgets and project planning to hotel booking, venues, catering, marketing and collaboration with the city of Aarhus. We can also provide you with free conference supplies and loan equipment.
At Events and Communication Support, we are working to make our conferences more sustainable. We’re also committed to promoting networking activities and developing new meeting and conference formats. You’re welcome to book a meeting if you’d like to know more.

Every year, the network holds a conference information day in collaboration with VisitAarhus, as well as a number of on-demand events.
