Get free conference aid from VisitAarhus
When planning your conference, we encourage you to reach out to VisitAarhus for their free conference aid. VisitAarhus offer free, personal support and assistance when attracting conferences. Among other things, they can help with the bidding process, check avalability and receive offers from venues, hotels, restaurants and coordinate sitevisits. In addition, VisitAarhus has a broad knowledge of relevant actors in Aarhus and can give inspiration to social events around the conference.
