    Note: The letter date will be set to the current date. Please correct the date to the actual letter date.

WZ-Templafy

Create documents using Templafy-templates directly from a case in Workzone.
This function is accessed via a button in Workzone.

Open Word and create the document using Templafy from within Word.
File the document to Workzone via WZ365.

CVR-integration

Create contacts of the type "Company (with CVR)" in Workzone. It is possible to search for Danish companies and organizations by either name or CVR number, after which the contact details are filled in.

Note: The contact details are not automatically updated but can be refreshed using the same function.

Use Virk to look up Danish companies and organizations.
Open the Workzone web client and select New Contact --> Company (with CVR).
Copy the CVR number, name, and address of the company when creating the contact.

Process – Submission and hearing

Send documents for approval/hearing to one or more recipients. The recipients will receive the task by email. Applies to both new and ongoing processes.
Create an email and insert links to the documents in Workzone that you want to have approved or sent for hearing.

Process – Submission and hearing

Receive a process email with documents for approval or hearing.

Open the email you received with the document links. Click the links to open the documents.
Reply to the email as you would with any regular email.

Workzone File Explorer

Open cases as folders in File Explorer (Windows only).

Open the case in the Workzone web client. Use the “All main documents and supplementary document” tab to get a complete
overview of the case’s documents. Use the “Parent cases”, “child cases”, and “Case references” tabs to see which cases are linked to the current case.

Drag and drop the document into your case in the Workzone Web Client.
Note: Remember to set the correct letter date for emails.

Download case documents as PDF’s

  1. Attach the documents as PDFs to an email and save them to your desktop. See this guide for instructions:

  2. Create a combined PDF of the case documents using the case printout function.

Workzone pdf All documents automatically get a PDF version. This is used, among other things, to send documents as PDFs in an email.

Convert a document to PDF manually.
Open the case in Workzone web client. Open the document you want to convert to PDF. Convert the document to PDF.

Case document pinouts  Select specific case files (documents) from the case and print them as a combined PDF..

Combine multiple PDF files using Adobe Acrobat
Download the PDF versions of the selected documents from Workzone using this guide:

Then use Adobe Acrobat to combine the files into a single PDF. See the Adobe Acrobat guide for instructions.
Guide for Adope Acrobat

Record Create notes on the case. The note can be filed and thereby become part of the case file. Create your note as a Word document and file it on the case using Workzone 365.

Reminders

Create a reminder on a case. The reminder must include a date and the recipient (a user or a department).

Write the reminder in the case text field. For example: "31-05-2025 - Jens Jensen - Remember to send an email to employee."
Reminders Get an overview of cases with reminders by sorting the "Remindere" column. No alternatives.

Subscriptions

Receive an email when new cases, documents, or contacts appear in a saved search. Use Workzone web client.
Open the search and sort by the 'Created' colum. Display the most recently created items at the top to check if new entities have been added to the list.
 
Edit PDF

Annotate PDF’s

Download the PDF file from Workzone and use Adobe Acrobat to make your annotations.
Upload the document back to the case.
