DJØF educator in a school administration

In the presentation, I get to know what it means to work in a school administration. A position that requires you to act as a hybrid employee, a 'DJØF educator' in the field of tension between school development, project and change management, political service and administration.

I will suggest which competencies I particularly draw on from my educational background as a PhD. in general pedagogy, and sets the stage for a discussion of the potential of PhDs in the administrative corridors.
