Alternative Path to a Meaningful Career

As a newcomer to the job market, I have had to take alternative routes to reach a place where I have finally landed in a meaningful job.

As a fully trained humanist, it has been challenging to navigate a job market that increasingly values "hard" skills over the soft skills that one typically possesses as a humanist. What can one actually do as a humanist? How does one translate their broad knowledge into practical skills in the business world?

I personally found it difficult to figure this out, and the path to my current job was not the most obvious one. However, I seized the opportunities that were available, and all of this has contributed to where I stand today.
