The presentation can address both the path from a professional bachelor's degree to the business world or making a career change. My journey has been marked by some significant shifts that were absolutely not planned, which I am happy to share if it can be inspiring for others.

At the same time, I have extensive knowledge and experience in structuring learning processes in continuing education/competence development. Therefore, I can also provide an informative and engaging presentation on how to work with a learning setup that creates a higher degree of anchoring.
