You might become a project manager without knowing or wanting it. It's about responsibility, but how do you take on this responsibility, and how do you navigate a world of chaos? Project management, organizational changes, and other developments can be far from what we read about in books or the fictional cases we study for exams. So, how can you already use tools from project management, and how can these tools help structure an otherwise chaotic world both inside and outside the university's yellow walls?
