If you have an employee Mac, you must change the password directly in the system settings on your computer.
Remember: When you have changed your password, you need to type your new password on all your devices (Including: Phones and Tablets) for services like: Eduroam and Email.
If working on an employee PC please change password directly on the device, while on AU's network.

If you do NOT use an employee PC or Mac, we recommend that you change password via mit.au.dk.

If you have forgotten your password, use NemID to log on to mit.au.dk. On mit.au.dk you are able to change your password.

If you know the AU ID and want to know who it belongs to, you can do a search as follows (remember to select the "more columns"):
If you know the person's name and want to find the AU ID search for the person's name in the address book and open the contact sheet. AU ID is registered under "alias":
Employee master data is used for e.g. employee administrative systems, employee lists on AU's websites, in PURE and on your personal website.
When you have a registered email address at AU you also have a personal website. You can find your personal website by searching your name on www.au.dk/en/findperson.
Your personal website will as a minimum include the following:
Your name will generally be your full name (as stated in the civil registration register). You can change it (remove any middle names which you do not use etc.) by changing your display name.
