How to edit personal master data

Personal master data is data which is used in staff administrative systems, employee lists on AU websites, in PURE and on your personal website.

When you have an email address at AU, you also have a personal website. You can find it by looking up your name at www.au.dk/findperson.

As a minimum, your personal website contains:

• Name
• Unit
• Address, building number, room number
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Job title

Your name will generally be your full name (as stated in the civil reg. no. (CPR) register). You can change it (remove any middle names which you do not use etc.) by changing your profile name.
