The purpose of the Master Classes is to attract European Fellowships to Aarhus BSS through the Marie Sklodowska Curie programme.
An important factor for success is the match between the project, the applicant and the host research environment. The Master Classes will provide potential applicants and supervisors with the opportunity to meet and discuss the research project. In addition, applicants will be given help and guidance with their application. Under normal circumstances, the workshop is held physically in Aarhus. However, due to the current circumstances and potential travel restrictions that continue well into 2022, the workshop will be held online.
Since Marie Curie actions are a career development programme, it is vital for the success of an application that the match is well developed and explained between the applicant, the research environment and the supervisor. To foster and develop this relationship, supervisors are expected to take active part in the development of the application, and, if possible, introduce the applicant to the local research environment during spring and summer 2022. If travel opportunities arise, it will be possible to arrange site visits on an individual basis.
Supervisors are encouraged to search for talented candidates in their international networks and send in suggestions for candidates no later than 31 March 2022.
December 2021 – March 2022 Aarhus BSS researchers (prospective supervisors) establish contacts with potential candidates for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships.
