SDD workshop for managers
The workshop is aimed at managers who are new to either conducting staff development dialogues or unfamiliar with SDD in mitHR.
The workshop provides a general introduction to staff development dialogues as a strategic management tool, as well as an introduction to SDD in mitHR. Additionally, there will be time for sparring and dialogue with other SDD managers about preparing for, conducting, and following up on a successful staff development dialogue.
The workshop is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on SDDs in mitHR, and the second part provides an overview and introduction to the SDD dialogue as a developmental and strategic conversation.
