AUHRA is shutting down and will be replaced by mitHR

In 2023, AUHRA will be replaced by mitHR. This means that this year, we'll be in a transitional phase between the current system AUHRA and the new system, mitHR.

In the video, we explain what you as a manager and employee should be aware of in this special SDD year. The video is in Danish with English subtitles. 


Why do we conduct SDDs at AU?

We conduct SDDs in order to establish a connection between AU’s strategic, long-term objectives and competence needs, and the employee’s own expectations in relation to career and work life.

Good staff development dialogues lead to more satisfied, motivated and skilled employees. This benefits the individual employee, but also Aarhus University.
