Aarhus University offers employees, who have been dismissed as a result of cutbacks or reorganisation, individual job counselling/job search support. This offer is part of the university’s staff policy.
The counselling/support will be provided by an external consultancy firm and tailored to match the needs of the employee who has been dismissed.

The counselling programme is confidential and personal.
The employee will be informed about the offer and how the programme can be initiated as soon as possible following the dismissal.
