Marie Curie Masterclass

Call for applicants – MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships

The Faculty of Arts encourages associate professors and professors to propose talented young researchers for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Masterclass.

The purpose of the Masterclass is to attract Postdoctoral Fellowships to The Faculty of Arts through the Marie Sklodowska-Curie programme. Recruiting international talents in this way provides a great opportunity for strengthening the international profile of hosting research environments and taking in early-career researchers who are strongly aligned to the research agenda of the host.

An important factor for success is the match between the project, the applicant and the host research environment. The Masterclass will provide potential applicants and supervisors the opportunity to discuss the research project, the training and the application itself. In addition, AU Research Support will provide help and guidance for writing a competitive application.

Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions have a strong focus on career development. This means that it is vital for the success of an application that the match between the applicant, supervisor and research environment is well-developed and clearly displayed in the application. To foster and develop this relationship, supervisors are expected to take active part in the development of the application. And, if possible, introduce the applicant to the local research environment.
