The Developmental Conversation, Workshop for Managers

This workshop is aimed at managers who wish to strengthen their dialogical skills in conducting developmental conversations such as performance reviews, career discussions, and well-being conversations.
 


Purpose

  • To introduce participants to various types of developmental conversations
  • To provide participants with a set of basic dialogical tools
  • To strengthen the leader’s ability to conduct different types of developmental conversations
  • To focus on the leader’s specific role – opportunities and challenges – in conducting developmental conversations

Managers and leadership advisors

Format:

The workshop will alternate between short presentations, group reflections, and practical training
