The developmental conversation
This workshop is aimed at managers who wish to strengthen their dialogical skills in conducting developmental conversations such as performance reviews, career discussions, and well-being conversations.
Purpose
- To introduce participants to various types of developmental conversations
- To provide participants with a set of basic dialogical tools
- To strengthen the leader’s ability to conduct different types of developmental conversations
- To focus on the leader’s specific role – opportunities and challenges – in conducting developmental conversations

The workshop will alternate between short presentations, group reflections, and practical training
