Tools to prevent offensive behaviour

As part of the work to prevent offensive behaviour, it may be a good idea to hold a dialogue meeting, focusing on understanding offensive behaviour and how we can work together to help prevent offensive behaviour.

This page contains various dialogue tools for use in the dialogue process.

AU's leaflet on efforts regarding offensive behaviour

The leaflet summarises and provides an overview of how each of us, as employees, colleagues and/or managers, have different roles and responsibilities in preventing, dealing with and following up on offensive behaviour.

How to use the leaflet?
The leaflet can be printed and distributed for individual orientation. It is a good idea to engage in a dialogue, in which you use the contents of the leaflet. You can also use the leaflet as supplementary material in an SDD, for a dialogue on tone, culture and well-being.

Manager! Get off to a good start with these dialogue materials

As a manager, would you like to start a dialogue with your employees about offensive behaviour?

Such a process can help provide a common language and understanding of what offensive behaviour is and how everyone can contribute to preventing it from occurring.

Below you will find a guide on how to lead this process, as well as a draft of a presentation which you can use as a starting point.
