Transfer of private mobile number to AU

If you want to transfer your personal mobile number to AU, you must follow these 2 steps:

1. Fill in the form (including)
2. Download and fill in the proxy and send it to it-sekretariat@au.dk.

Please note the following:

• It may take up to 3 weeks before the conversion takes place.
• Your new SIM card will be sent to your work address.
• Transfer means that AU becomes the owner of the number.

Transfer of AU mobile phone number for private use or other employer.

If you leave AU, and want to keep your mobile phone number, you must contact the telecom provider, you want to use, and follow their instructions for transfers of mobile numbers. You can often find information about this in the telecom provider's website. When you contact the telecom provider you wish to use, you must state that AU is the legal owner.
