Institutionalized Partnerships are based on individual legal acts and have multiannual agreements. Funding for universities and researchers is by default possible unless derogations in the basic act or in the annual work programme limit eligibility for funding.

Description:	Co-programmed Partnerships between the Comission and mostly private (and sometimes public) partners. These partnerships are implemented through open calls in the Horizon Europe work programmes for the relevant clusters. Universities and researchers are eligible for funding and eligible to apply for all calls.
