The conference center can be used for meetings and events that are a direct extension of AU's purpose and work within education, research and knowledge sharing. As a rule, the premises are not used for ordinary teaching and examinations.

Catering for events and meetings is ordered separately from the room booking itself. You are not obliged to buy catering when you borrow/rent a room in the Conference Centre. If you want catering at an event or meeting held by Aarhus University, the catering must be purchased from the lessee of the canteen in the Conference Centre

If this solution is chosen, the organizer is responsible for service and clean-up. As an organizer, you cannot order catering for the purpose of resale.
When holding larger all-day events, it is recommended that you purchase grooming of toilets during the day.
For parties or events after 22:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, extra cleaning is paid.

Extra officer hours can be ordered outside of normal working hours on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The hourly price for an extra officer is DKK 400 excl. VAT.
The conference centre is administered by Aarhus BSS Building Services.
