Are you going to measure the impact of your initiatives between two workplace assessments (WPA)? Or do you need to reassess the working environment following significant changes in the workplace?
You can easily do this using the interim measurement system PeopleXact. You select relevant questions from the joint WPA and may also add up to five custom questions covering both the physical and psychosocial working environment. When using the interim measurement system, you ensure the same anonymity thresholds as in the joint WPA, as well as proper handling of personal data.
How do I create a measurement?
You create a measurement by submitting your information via this link (in Danish). You will then receive an email from Rambøll with a personal link to set up your interim measurement.
How do I specify who should participate?
Information about survey participants, managers, and the number of unit levels in your interim measurement must be entered in this form (in Danish). You’ll find instructions for completing the form within the file itself by selecting the 'vejledning' (guidance) sheet at the bottom left. The form should be uploaded when you create your interim measurement.
Who gets access to the report?
The managers you listed in the form will receive the report for their respective units.
Can we compare the results with previous measurements?
The results in the interim measurement system PeopleXact convert the results into index values (0–100). In the joint workplace assessments (APV), an average score between 1–5 is used.
In both surveys, the questions are answered on a 5‑point scale, so they can be compared in the following way:

Thus, if the average was 4 in the APV, this corresponds to 75 in the interim measurement.
What does an interim measurement cost?
After that, each additional 50 participants costs DKK 3,000.
When placing the order, you must provide your unit’s EAN number and specify who should receive the invoice.
