The report is ready – how do you use the results?
As a manager, you are responsible for deciding on appropriate and concrete actions to promote a good working environment based on the results of the workplace assessment. You do this by understanding the report, involving employees, the local liaison committee and the occupational health and safety committee, prioritising, drawing up an action plan and (in particular) following up regularly.
