Financial Control, AU Finance
Financial Control is a central and strategic unit in AU Finance. Financial Control is responsible for AU’s financial model, financial management, the general rules and policies within the financial control area, resource allocation and cost price model, project management, operation and implementation of financial management systems.
Financial Control provides advisory services and support on financial matters during decision-making processes to the AU Board, the senior management team and the central administration at AU.
