Controller team, AU Finance
The controller team is responsible for the following:
- Providing e.g. advisory services and support during decision-making processes for the deputy directors, in connection with finance-related matters
- Management principles in the central administration including costs and resource allocation
- Budgets and budget follow-up in the central administration, consolidation and quality assurance
- Coordinating, planning, sparring and performing specific tasks in relation to auditing (RR and PwC)
