Cross-cultural management becomes an increasingly important aspect of effective leadership and organizational success. This workshop is aimed at managers who wish to strengthen their understanding of managing across cultural differences.

To get an insight into your own cultural understanding
To set your own cultural understanding in relation to other cultural understanding
To strengthen the leader’s ability to navigate and adapt communication and managing style with respect to the cultural diversity there is in his/her unit
To focus on how to understand and manage the diverse cultural background of employees in order to foster collaboration and innovation
